harbin lies in the northeast of china. the temperature there may get to 30 Celsius degree below zero. but it is really a beautiful world of ice and snow with a ice and snow festival which lasts for 6 weeks. the hotel rooms are rather cheap with the price of only 230 per night. welcome to harbin. don't forget to bring some warm clothes for the extremely cold weather.本回答被提问者采纳
