My responsibilities include three main aspects:

The main part of my job is general management. I am in charge of the management for both courses and teachers. We usually need to hire some part-time teachers for the outlet lectures and “one to one” tutorials, as well as the course at nights and weekends. After they become our schools teacher, I need to give them some training, which includes Chinese teaching methods, instruction contents and teaching manners. The third part of mine job is administration tasks, which include student filing, textbook purchasing and other general admin jobs.

Therefore, I can take either teaching management or school management positions as I have extensive experience in both.
