语法上which和while均可，but似乎不够地道。用which强调的是certain qualities这种特质，填while强调some people 和others即人与人之间的区别。根据上文看，它强调的是特质而非人，所以which是最佳答案没错。

我个人觉得，从语法上讲，如果就单单这一句话没有上下文，这里也可以用while，表示转折对比，but太强烈了，不太好用在这。但是用which 不用while在这里会造成句子意义的变化

为了避免重复，会放弃使用while，但是Because和放弃使用while没有关系

前面有了 because 这个连词后面不能用 but 或 while 这些连词
which 引导定语从句可以用
