摘要
企业想在市场竞争中获得竞争优势,就必须为员工提供合理的薪酬,并建立一套具有竞争力、公平合理的薪酬制度。如何让员工认同薪酬的公平性,从而产生对组织的满意感和信任度,是人力资源管理面对的挑战。尽管我国企业的薪酬体系都有对各种职务的重要性、责任大小、技术复杂程度等方而的岗位评价的要求,但由于长期以来企业大多没有进行科学规范的工作分析以及在此基础上的岗位评价,企业的薪酬缺少科学依据,导致企业内薪酬体系分配的不公平。本文主要从薪酬管理中存在的问题出发,介绍了岗位评价在薪酬管理中的作用,并详细阐述了岗位评价在薪酬管理中的应用问题,以期对现代企业薪酬管理有所帮助。

Enterprises want to obtain the competition advantage among the market competition, must offer the reasonable salary to staff, set up a set of competitive, fair and reasonable salary systems. How let staff admit fairness of salary, produce to satisfactory sense and trust that organize, it is a challenge faced in manpower resources management. It is though of our country for salary of enterprise system have until various importance of post, responsibility is the square in big or small, complexities technological,etc. and post requirement that appraise, but because enterprises have not mostly made scientific and normal progress to analyze and the post on this basis is appraised for a long time, the salary of enterprises lacks scientific basis, cause the unfairness that the salary system distributes in enterprises. This text mainly proceeds from problem existing in salary management, introduce the post and appraise the function in the salary is managed, and explain the post and appraise the application question in the salary is managed in detail, expect to be helpful in management to enterprise's salary at modern times.

Abstract: The enterprise wants to obtain the competitive advantage in the market competition, must provide the reasonable salary for the staff, and establishes a set to have the competitive power, the just salary system. How lets the staff approve the salary fairness, thus produces to organization's satisfactory feeling and the confidence level, is challenge which the human resources management faces. Although Our country Enterprise's salary system all has to each kind of duty importance, responsibility size, technical complex degree Fang Er and so on post appraisal requests, but because the enterprise mostly has not carried on the scientific standard since long ago the work analysis as well as in this foundation post appraisal, enterprise's salary lacks the scientific basis, causes in the enterprise the salary system assignment not to be unfair. This article mainly the question which existed from the salary management embarks, introduced the post appraisal in the salary management function, and elaborated in detail the post appraisal in the salary management application question, had the help by the time to the modern enterprise salary management.
