摘 要：在“拓宽语文课程资源，树立大语文观”的课标理念下，教师们似乎为拓展而拓展。教学古诗词，就想着通过读一首会多首；教学文本，就想着一篇带多篇，甚至想一篇带多本。导致很多阅读的拓展成了贴标签，乱堆砌，甚至喧宾夺主，该学的没有学会，会了的又只知皮毛。
你好，提高高中阅读理解的效率，主要看你的阅读方法。
我通过练习掌握快速阅读的能力，来提高阅读理解效率。快速阅读是一种高效的阅读方法，它培养我们直接把视觉器官感知的文字符号转换成意义，也就是“眼脑直映”，能快速的提取文章的脉络和主旨，帮助归纳、理解和记忆。
同时极大的缩短了阅读的时间，平时需要几个小时才能看完的书，掌握快速阅读后几十分钟甚至几分钟就可以搞定了，效率提高了很多倍。我也是在初中的时候通过练习“精英特速读记忆训练”掌握了快速阅读的方法，让我在阅读理解方面比同学强了很多倍，在学习上对我帮助不少。
具体练习可以参考：精英特速读记忆训练网，安装软件即可进行试用训练。用软件练习，每天一个多小时，一个月的时间，可以把你的阅读速度提高5-10倍，记忆力、理解力等也会得到相应的提高，最终提阅读效率、学习效率。

首先，先简单介绍一下学术论文的几大部分：题目（或课题）也是论文的主旨，作者与单位名称，论文摘要（要讲的要点基本上都会有的），导言（提出问题，也是要写这个论文原因），正文：方法（methods）结果（results），结论与致谢，参考文献，附录等，

Take the control away from your offender. Mentally replaying your hurt gives power to the person who caused you pain. “Instead of focusing on your wounded feelings, learn to look for the love, beauty and kindness around you,” Luskin says. Try to see things from the other person's perspective. If you empathize with that person, you may realize that he or she was acting out of igorance, fear-even love. To gain perspective, you may want to write a letter to yourself from your offender's point of view. Recognize the benefits of fiveness. Reseaech has shown that people who five report more energy, better appetite and better sleep patterns. Don't fet to five yourself. “For people, fiving themselves is the biggest challenge,” Luskinsays. “But it can rob you of your self-confidence if you don't.”
