Remove the space after the =. With this space vim is interpreting the javacomplete#complete as a vim option.
Here is an excerpt from vim's help on :set-args:
:se[t] {option}={value}
...
White space between {option} and '=' is allowed and
will be ignored. White space between '=' and {value}
is not allowed.

没有，vimrc中没有这个词，就在网上找到一个什么 vim的气泡表达式求值中有这个，但是还没看懂这个是做什么的
