The Kiwi bird is the national emblem of New Zealand.The Kiwi is the most ancient bird found in New Zealand. It has been here for over 60 million years and is unique to New Zealand. It is a bird with weak eyesight, cannot fly, rather small and sturdy, with a long beak. Kiwis can live up to twenty years old.
