Zipper
Centralise zip. Zip to run through to notch on fly facing.Fly is 3cm wide welt stitched.
Flat stitch fly facing.
Keyhole button hole required on waistband.
Fly opening must close right over left.
General
Waistband tab 11cm long and 2.5cm wide,self,bagged out,pointed end in middlle.
Straight end with triangle stitching at front end,positioned in line with front pocket.
Secure pointed end of tab onto back,with snap as specified.
6cm under extension with clear button into top corner for secure closure.
Pockets
Front angel pockets 18cm long and 6.5cm depth in from side along join.Pockets to be straight not curved as ......
Front stitch internal front pocket edges.
Bag out pocket bags.
Back:7cm wide double jets pockets*12cm long position 5.5cm below waist join...
Tack jet pockets closed for delivery-leave 4cm gap at centre.
Waist band/ Waist Facing / Waist Casing
5cm wide self waistband at CF and 6.5cm wide at CB with notch 3.8cm side length and 3cm gap between notch ends,with 2*button as specified and keyhole b/hole for front closure
Sink stitch waistband at join
6cm under extension(standard CR under extension)with clear button,and angled buttonhole into top corner,for internal closure.
Bar Tacks
Bottom of fly.
Both ends of front and back pockets
Base of waistband notch
Stich darts 2.5cm past drill holes.
Front tuck is 1.2cm value,position 2,2cm in from front pocket.
Next tuck 2.5cm apart ,value 1.8cm
Front tucks must face CF.
Back dart is 5cm deep at waist into back jet,position centrally on each side back .
