因为是现在进行时，所以第一个空用doing的形式，所以填teaching
teach to do sth教某人做某事 是固定用法，所以填to study

正确的说法是
My work is teaching the body to study english.
teaching 是因为表示现在时而已经有IS做谓语了，所以用分词。
To study 是因为teach sb to do sth的句型，表示一般现在时，教某人做某事

My work is to teach the boy studying english.
My work is to teach [ infinitive ] the boy studying [ present participle] English.
我的工作是教这个正在学习英语的男孩
"My work is to teach..." = 我的工作是教XXX做ZZZZ. to teach在这是类似动词.
"My work is teaching."= 我的工作是教书。 teaching在这是名词, 名词后面不能加名词.
Off course, is teaching 也是现在进行试,也可以是动词. But, 你不可能说 我的工作正在教书吧?
"the boy studying English" = the boy (who is) studying English.
