要表达的意思是：我已经看了合同，有以下问题想请教：
1、试用期工资是多少，是2800吗？
2、我如何办理入职手续？

1，read过去时和过去分词都是read啊，没有readed之说……

2，and the questions are followed不是中国人的肯定看不懂啊，再说这不是个句子，还不符合语法啊~可以考虑换成：and I have several questions as following to ask you。

3，工资是3500还是2800啊？再者，是yuan 还是 dollor？应该说清楚啊~

4，你的第二个问题看不大懂啊~可以试试：
