with
After-War-Bioweapon
is
of
high
difficulty.
These
leftovers
are
concealed,
lasting
and,
of
the
most,
endanger
the
involved
countires
and
residents,
thus
this
is
not
only
a
focus
issue,
but
a
outrageous
potential
hazard
under
the
peace
international
situation.
Except
for
the
related
content
about
dealing
with
war
remnants
in
Convention
on
the
Banning
of
Chemical
Weapons,
so
far
none
of
the
international
law
has
anything
to
do
with
it,
leading
the
negotiation
and
aftermath
of
this
issue
to
