烤鸡翅空气炸锅10分钟180度,具体操作步骤如下。
原料:鸡翅、生姜、空气炸锅。
1、鸡翅用清水解冻,放入姜片去腥,浸泡15分钟。如下图所示。

2、将解冻后的鸡翅洗净,两面都切几条口。如下图所示。

3、将切完口的鸡翅冲洗一遍,用厨房用纸将鸡翅擦干。然后用香蒜炸粉涂抹均匀放入冰箱腌制30分钟以上。(腌久一些更入味)如下图所示。

4、打开空气炸锅,180度预热10分钟。预热完铺上锡纸,(可以先刷一遍油)放入鸡翅,180度烤10分钟。然后将鸡翅翻面,同样的温度再烤10分钟。如下图所示。

5、摆盘,可以撒一些熟白芝麻装饰,喜欢吃辣的朋友还可以撒一些辣椒粉,制作完成。如下图所示。
